| Position Summary |
The Department of Neurology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Medicine anticipates hiring multiple faculty members to expand the department and accommodate the clinical and research needs in Chapel Hill and Raleigh, NC. We anticipate hiring full-time general neurologists to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings including a correctional facility. Duties also include teaching/supervising fellows, residents, medical students and other trainees from a variety of disciplines. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience. |
| Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
MD or DO required. The candidate must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology. Applicants must be eligible for North Carolina licensure. |
| Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
The successful applicants will have strong clinical/research skills and experience working with a diverse population of patients. |
