Areas of focus include superconducting qubits, trapped ions, integrated photonics, and solid-state quantum sensing. The group's innovative research is supported by on-site state-of-the-art fabrication tools, close partnership with universities and industry, extensive test and measurement infrastructure, and daily collaboration with the 1700+ Ph.D-level scientists within Lincoln Laboratory. Job Description
The group seeks full-time Technical Staff to drive research at the forefront of superconducting quantum computing. Our work spans foundational studies of noise mechanisms in qubits and demonstrations of novel qubit modalities to development of extensible platforms for testbed-scale applications. The successful candidate will join MIT Lincoln Laboratory's world-class team of researchers and leverage our industry-leading fabrication capabilities to address important questions driving the performance and utility of superconducting quantum technology. 1.
