HVI CQTI Advanced Practice Provider II

Lee Health Heart Institute is looking for Physician Assistants (PAs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) for our Heart Failure Clinic for CHF exacerbation. Candidate must have experience in Cardiology and be knowledgeable about ACC/AHA guidelines. This position will work with patients in our observation unit to provide rapid diuresis treatment and patient education. Patients are often discharged post-procedure.

• 12 hour shifts with rotating Saturday coverage
• No Call
• EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both Inpatient and Outpatient settings
• Candidates must have graduated from an accredited program and able to obtain a Florida license

Qualifications:

• Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (Acute pathway preferred) or Physician Assistant
• Active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida, or the ability to obtain this license prior to start
• Current BLS credentials thru the American Heart Association
• 1 year of Cardiology experience required
