Enrollment CRM Manager
Position Overview: The Enrollment CRM Manager provides functional and technological management and development of the Enrollment Management CRMs, including Slate and Navigate 360. This role is integral to the university's efforts to achieve enrollment goals by overseeing the configuration, support, maintenance, improvement, and assessment of CRM platforms. This position demands a high level of collaboration and solution-oriented thinking to enhance user experience and ensure effective system integration.
Essential Duties:
CRM Administration & Configuration
- Execute administrative functions within the CRM systems, including building forms, portals and dashboards, developing workflows, and creating marketing, recruiting, admissions, and enrollment reports and queries.
- Configure and implement marketing and communication campaigns in collaboration with colleagues.
Data Quality Assurance & Audits
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing and executing robust data auditing practices, including creating and managing queries for record verification.
- Develop and implement data quality assurance protocols to prevent and address discrepancies.
System Integration, Imports & Monitoring
- Oversee and monitor integrations between CRM systems, the Student Information System, and middleware products, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
- Facilitate and manage data imports and field mapping
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, procedures, and application configurations as platforms evolve.
- Establish and refine processes and protocols for data management, quality control, and operational efficiency.
Collaborative Development & Support
- Collaborate with team members to enhance CRM functionalities and user experience.
- Assist in the development and expansion of CRM systems, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with enrollment goals.
Additional Duties
- Perform other admissions and enrollment-related tasks and functions as required
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- 2+ years: Required
- Proven experience in CRM administration and data management.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data flow.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data quality assurance.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and process protocols.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably Slate and Navigate 360.
