About the role The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process including category management, sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance management primarily for Marketing services. This position is responsible for the development of global/regional Third-Party Labor category strategies that are aligned with local strategies, as well as ensuring that key cost reduction initiatives are delivered to meet savings targets, while managing risk and performance. This role is accountable for leading business activities related to category management. This will include dispute resolution, preparation of negotiation strategies, and negotiation across multiple agreements. Strong business partner relationships are critical to the success of this role, and this individual is expected to work collaboratively with executives and stakeholders across the FIS portfolio. About the team The Supply Chain Manager may, if needed, lead a team of 3 to 5 category, sourcing, procurement and/ supply management professionals to ensure optimal spend management solutions and a stable, efficient supply chain across the U.S., Europe, and/or India. This leader may be expected to attract, develop, and lead a team across all aspects of the procurement lifecycle.
