* Coordinate, plan, and execute revenue growth strategies for the CPAP Call Center
* Perform revenue growth analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate results of implemented strategies * Lead the day-to-day actions related to call center metrics * Maximize revenue and exceed established targets Job Responsibilities: * Manage and plan Outbound Dialer campaigns (using Avaya POM) to increase patient penetration * SME in all aspects of the AVAYA POM system * Improve call center agent metrics including, but not limited to efficiency and order conversion rate * Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop a continuous improvement culture * Analyze data to suggest opportunities for improving sales conversion and revenue growth * Work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines * Manage cost-saving initiatives, executing associated plans and meeting targets * Develop presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.) |
