Job Title Repo Sales & Trading Attorney Corporate Title Vice President Location New York, NY Overview Deutsche Bank is seeking a junior or mid-level attorney to join the Legal Department in New York to support the Global Legal Documentation and Sales & Trading Legal divisions with a focus primarily on support for the repo business, including for both bilateral and cleared repo transactions. The Bank is a trusted partner to our clients on a global scale with expertise in trading and structuring across various asset classes. You will be part of a global Legal Team that provides expert and strategic advice and proactively manages complex legal risks. You will primarily focus on our US repo business, This business is at an exciting time of evolution and part of the role will include preparing for implementation of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC's) U.S. Treasury clearing requirements. The role will involve the legal and regulatory risk management of new and existing transactions. What We Offer You

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000.00 to $254,500.00.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
