Job Title Chief Transformation Office - Change Execution Director Corporate Title Director Location New York, NY Overview The Transformation Execution Office is responsible for supporting the delivery of our core transformation initiatives, particularly those focused on expense reduction - including the cost catalyst program. This division is expected to challenge and support the global businesses and infrastructure functions in driving cost efficiency across the Bank. Working closely with Finance and HR, you will review existing expenses, processes, and structures as well as proposing new ways to reduce our Bank's cost base. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to be at the heart of the Bank's transformation, driving improvements front to back, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering tangible value. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $280,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
