And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day. 1. Ensures all clinical services are in compliance with agency policies and procedures. 2. Manages the staff. 3. Responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff and completing all required documentation. 4. Ensures all new staff complete program orientation and training as required by CHL and a Commission on applicable Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) applicable grant requirements. 5. Sets staffing patterns, approves staff time, attendance and leave time. Responsible for ongoing employee performance review complete annual performance evaluation of staff. 6. Provides and documents clinical supervision to assigned Clinical staff and Crisis Support in accordance with CHL and CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) requirements. 7. Knowledge of applicable licensing regulations, accreditation standards, provider specifications for outpatient services, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead, work with, supervise, and coach a diverse staff. 8. Clinical expertise with an ability to collaborate effectively and work with other professionals and organizations. Qualifications: Required: 1. Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related human services field. 2. Independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist 3.Must have a minimum of 3 years related experience. 4. Must be able to pass a CORI background check.
