We have an exciting opportunity working as a "Regional" Sr. Medical Admin Secretary in our South East Region. Area includes: Auburn, Douglas, Grafton, Millbury, Spencer, Sutton and Worcester. Looking for a motivated, independent, hardworking self starter to work in our medical practices. Must have reliable transportation. This (40) hour fully benefited regional float position offers a generous differential plus base pay. Hours - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm $3000 sign-on bonus This position will have responsibility to work at numerous Community Medical Group locations within a region filling in as needed. I. Major Responsibilities: 1. May perform duties to coordinate medical office activities and staff as assigned, to include training, and scheduling the work of assigned employees, recommending processing improvements and implementing new procedures, and monitoring employee performance. II.
