Medical Assistant

CLINICS CURRENTLY RECRUITING:

• Radiation Oncology. Located at the Main Campus. 20 hours a week no weekends.

40 hours a pay period. Two days one week, three the next.

8:30-5 Monday and Wednesday. Third day will be identified during hiring process.

• Urgent Care 24 hours a week, includes some weekends

PLEASE NOTE: This is a PART TIME position. For a 20 hour a week position there is a 1k hiring bonus paid out over one year.

This position assists with the daily activities of a clinical site and facilitates the flow of patients by providing clerical and clinical health care support to patients and family under the direction of a provider. The position requires mastery of basic clinical activities and some advanced clinical activities.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required.

EXPERIENCE:

One year experience providing or assisting in direct patient care required for a Medical Assistant II. Those lacking patient care experience will be considered at the Medical Assistant I level.
