Job Description

Human Resources has oversight and partnership with colleagues to foster a People-first culture ensuring support while establishing HR-related policies and controls, partnering with clients to provide solutions, executing HR operations, providing and interpreting HR-related information and supporting strategic decisions.

As a member of the Wexner Medical Center Business Operations team, our Salary Specialist ensures consistency and efficiency within our hiring processes related to salary and experience.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, with strong analytical skills. They will operate in a self-directed manner, but will be a critical partner with Compensation Consultants, Talent Acquisition team and/or HR Consultants.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel required.

• Must be flexible and be able to adapt to changing priorities and project timelines.

• The candidate must have outstanding organizational and interpersonal communications skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• The candidate must have an aptitude to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
