The Admissions and Registration Coordinator (ARC) will handle administrative (non-clinical) aspects of the patient encounter, achieving an ideal patient experience, while collecting and maintaining accurate insurance information on each patient record. The role is responsible for executing activities including registrations, scheduling, time-of-service collections and obtaining authorizations and providing same day admission notification to payers. You'll offer friendly, courteous assistance to patients, provide support to the clinical care team, and exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
