The Workforce Planning Specialist is part of a Strategic Workforce Planning function within the Workforce Transformation organization of the People Office. The specialist will play a pivotal role in driving strategic workforce initiatives by providing in-depth analysis, forecasting, and insights to the business. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining models to predict talent needs, ensuring the organization has the right talent in the right place at the right time. The Workforce Planning Specialist will partner closely with business leaders, HR, finance, and other departments to translate business goals into actionable workforce strategies that connect talent needs to business outcomes.
