Job Description
The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the GTM (Go-To-Market) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through analytical forecasts and provide influential insights. As the GTM Finance Operations Lead reporting to the Sr Director of Global GTM Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational rigor, leading high-profile projects/communications, and owning critical deliverables such as our annual planning process. Successful candidates are inquisitive, excellent communicators, stellar problem solvers, and exceptional at project management.

What you'll Do
  • Drive flawless operational cadence and process for forecasting, annual planning, reporting, and strategic projects across global Digital Experience and Digital Media Enterprise. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance leaders, sales ops, marketing ops, and product to ensure strategic alignment and critical deliverables are met with ease.
  • Become a product and role subject matter expert within the GTM finance organization, understanding the nuances that may exist across geos and segments. Develop product, role, and competitive documentation for finance team enablement.
  • Take high-level business questions and develop solid responses/recommendations that are backed with data and subject matter expert input. Breakdown complex business activities into simple frameworks. Understand the risks and opportunities of a scenario. Communicate plans, insights, and recommendations to Senior Management using clean presentation methods.
  • Establish core exec-level communication such as newsletters and recaps from core meetings to capture follow-ups and hold teams accountable to next steps.
  • Establish clear and effective communication strategy to facilitate alignment, visibility, and information sharing across all field functions and organizational levels.
What you need to succeed
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in your ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, conquer roadblocks, prioritize, and execute.
  • Solid presentation skills. Talented in engaging and captivating an audience. This includes stellar storytelling skills and advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to take complex ideas and concepts and showcase these in a way that is easy to understand and consume.
  • Excellent social skills, with the aptness to hold constructive conversations, influence, deliver messages with tact, challenge the status quo, and facilitate collaboration among teams that drives change.
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive and creative attitude who believes a solution exists for every problem.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a self-starter mentality. Fast learner and biased to action. Rapidly assesses a problem, evaluates options, and delivers a result.
  • Comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves and adopts emerging technologies.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,600 -- $224,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
