Grow your career! Excellent opportunity to manage strategic marketing programs in an exciting and quickly growing industry. The Senior Manager of Digital and Demand Gen will be responsible for all go-to-market and digital marketing activities across Trimble's Field Systems businesses. This leader will direct and manage a talented team to identify and reach desired target audiences and deliver quality programs to drive leads to our sales organization.

What You Will Do

This leader will work closely with our internal business leads to ensure alignment and partnership to effectively promote new products, build awareness and deliver marketing generated leads to our sales organization. Must have the agility to optimize programs to deliver consistent ROI and report out on campaign progress regularly. Experience with digital marketing, paid media and SEO marketing trends and best practices is also critical. This role works cross-functionally to effectively launch programs and campaigns across the sector, sets benchmarks and regularly reports out on success metrics. Experience working with both direct and indirect sales organization is desired, in addition to demonstration of effectively working in a cross-functional matrixed marketing organization. The successful candidate will be able to learn fast, manage multiple priorities concurrently and effectively lead teams to meet shared goals that serve the objectives of the business and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Manage Trimble Field Systems's digital and demand planning and execution

  • Effectively segment and target desired audiences and industries

  • Ensures marketing leads are scored correctly and tracked properly

  • Build a successful campaign framework from start to finish including strategy, landing pages, tracking, implementation, execution and reporting cadence

  • Coordinate budgeting processes across multiple divisions and oversee accruals, allocations etc. for the team

  • Oversight of website development, launch and management

  • Oversight of the implementation of new tools or improvements to existing marketing technology stack to support KPIs and communicate project successes

  • Ability to mentor and manage team to grow skill set and foster a collaborative team

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B Marketing experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of People Management experience

  • Deep campaign management experience with success delivering programs that generate qualified leads and contribute to the sales pipeline

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce CRM, and Google Analytics

  • Proven record of successfully managing agency partners and vendor relationships

  • Proven knowledge in understanding lead flow and optimizing / tracking the buyer's journey

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across all stakeholder groups

  • Strategic thinker who can simplify the complex

  • Expert communicator in both written and verbal delivery

  • Four-year college degree preferred
