Student Support Services program is part of the TRIO family of programs and helps low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities achieve their dreams of higher education. TRIO/Student Support Services is federally funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Job Overview
This is a full-time position, the Associate Director will be responsible for all aspects of the Student Support Services project, including program design and implementation, strategic planning and assessment, SSS participant recruitment and support, staff supervision and development, budget management, grant preparation, and federal reporting requirements. This role will design, implement, supervise, and monitor program activities and outcomes in accordance with federal regulations and program objectives. Additionally, it will collaborate with UC/TRIO program staff, the UCBA Student Life. It will serve as the lead student advisor and has a strong interest in student development. This is a grant-funded position. Essential Functions
