Job Overview:

Performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision, uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care. The Baylor Technologist will perform proper radiographic procedures as required by physician orders. Provides patient service using diagnostic, portable, OR and fluoroscopic equipment. Technologist is competent in production of quality radiographs for proper treatment and diagnosis by physician. Maintain clean examination rooms. Report equipment problems to Lead Technologists. Assist Radiologists with special examinations. Competent operation of MIS /RIS / PACS systems.
