ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $165,000.00 - $200,000.00 Epic Care began as a single physician practice in San Leandro, CA, and quickly grew to a group of board-certified hematologists and oncologists. Join our team as we innovate both in clinical and practice operations! SCOPE: Epic Care, Partners in Comprehensive Care is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services. This position will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of the Director of Medical Oncology Clinical Services, to provide clinical support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, implementation of clinical policies and procedures, and providing education and training programs. The Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing and managing advanced practice providers (APPs), nurse leaders, Navigation/Concierge Program, and infusion operations at all sites. Supports and adheres to Epic Care Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Ensure clinical operations and practice is consistent with organizational objectives. Oversees infusion operations at all sites. Facilitates the implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence-based practices at all infusion sites.
