Job Description
  • Record, compile and analyze performance information to ensure contract compliance
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed -
  • Oversee the design, generation and analysis of performance reports -
  • Evaluate internal reports and provide the Director all required monitoring documents on time
  • Review operational procedures and processes for continuous quality improvement
  • Identify appropriate performance measurements and develop process review checklists for quality control and contract compliance
  • Identify contractor policy letter requirements and ensure implementation and compliance to those requirements
  • Implement a continuous quality improvement process through the continuing review of operations and administrative systems consistent with County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Certification Standards and CompanyInitiatives - Perform other duties as assigned
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly run performance reports from WorkinTexas.com and other workforce systems to track the latest trends, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance trends and suggest modifications to SOPs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and the achievement of performance goals.
  • Forecasting: Develop performance forecasts, using historical data and current trends to predict future outcomes and help management understand where performance will likely end up.
  • Understanding Performance Measures: Gain a deep understanding of each performance measure within the organization, developing strategies and SOPs to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Report Consolidation: Run multiple reports from different systems, combining and synthesizing data to create comprehensive performance dashboards. Use PowerBI to present data visually in an easily digestible format for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Excel Proficiency: Use advanced Excel skills to sort, filter, and manipulate data in a way that makes performance trends clear and actionable. Create easy-to-read reports that can be shared across teams.
  • SOP Development: Collaborate with team leads and management to develop or update SOPs based on performance data, ensuring that operations are continuously optimized to meet goals.
  • Dashboard Management: Manage and maintain performance dashboards, updating them regularly with new data to provide a real-time view of the organization's performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, data teams, and leadership to ensure that all performance data is aligned with organizational goals and used effectively to drive improvement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations on performance trends, forecasts, and suggested changes to senior leadership.
  • Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring, preferably in workforce development or a similar field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and formula creation.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools, with the ability to create detailed performance dashboards.
  • Familiarity with workforce systems like WorkinTexas.com or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and datasets simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • This position may require occasional travel to different office locations to collaborate with teams.
  • Primarily in office-based role with a focus on data management and reporting.
