The May Institute in Norwood is one of only a few pediatric programs in the United States focusing on both education and rehabilitation of children and adolescents with brain injury, neurobehavioral, genetic, and related disorders.

You will be the orchestrator of classroom success, providing guidance and coordination while implementing tailored educational programs that foster communication, socialization, behavioral management, vocational skills, and academic achievement. Our programs are centered on driving innovation in applied behavior analysis (ABA), and you will pioneer cutting edge approaches to special education and care.

Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!

• Master's degree preferred.
• Current MA State Teaching License.
• Certification in severe disabilities preferred/ moderate certification will be considered.
• Keen understanding of ABA principles preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.
