About This Role: K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position. An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
- Responsible for assisting with the compliance office's recruiting monitoring program, which includes monitoring all recruiting logs and official/unofficial visits; approving all business office expense reports from coaches and recruiting/scouting services; assigning and monitoring student-athlete information and compliance forms in JumpForward.
- Update student-athlete files; manage student-athlete complimentary admission and coach pass list requests for all home and away events; assist with processing transfer requests; update the athletic compliance website and social media account; assist with NCAA/Big 12 waivers, NCAA interpretation research, and rules education meetings (including new employee orientation sessions); assist with team entertainment approvals, football game-day monitoring, and athletic book scholarships.
- Manage the student-athlete dining hall (known as "performance table") procedures including sign-ups, account billing for student-athletes, student-athlete ID card activations, occasional meals, recruiting meals, and staff sign-in lists. Primary liaison to Sodexo.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree at time of application
- Six months to two years of experience working in NCAA Division I or II athletics compliance
- Experience using LSDBi and other applicable NCAA programs and computer software
- Working knowledge of NCAA Bylaws
- Experience making independent, informed and decisive decisions in a demanding work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- One to two years of full-time experience working in NCAA Division I athletics
- Knowledge of Big 12 Conference rules
- Experience using JumpForward and Teamworks software systems.
Other Requirements:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
