Summer Internship - Parts Operations

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a high energy Intern - Parts Operations for our 2025 Summer Internship Program.

We're seeking an Intern to learn the parts operations business at our Bellefonte, PA parts distribution facility.

Position Summary:

This internship is a unique opportunity for a career minded individual to gain firsthand experience in operations, logistics, and distribution. Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to gain knowledge of multiple aspects of the parts operation process and our warehouse management system (WMS). You will gain hands-on learning in our parts warehouse, including order picking, stock receiving, cycle counting and cross-dock operations. Other learning opportunities will include customer ordering processing and our Aftermark parts business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute daily parts operations functions
• Familiarize with the warehouse management system
• Assist in performing monthly inventory scan & reconciliation
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement
• Collaborate seamlessly with other peers and cross-functional departments.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Above average in Microsoft Excel and proficient in email and other Microsoft Office products, including Word.
• Strong computer skills necessary
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Flexibility in work hours / shift times
• Have or ability to attain equipment certifications

The preferred candidate will be a current college student in a bachelor's degree program seeking an internship.
