We're looking for a full-time, staff Project Scheduler to join our Day & Zimmermann team on site located in Berwick, PA.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Must possess critical thinking skills and ability to independently solve problems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on goals to attain defined end results.
  • Thorough understanding of Primavera and/or Microsoft scheduling software
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of industry scheduling terminology.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide support and guidance for site Scheduling personnel.
  • Work with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop detailed schedules and assists in keeping these schedules current
  • Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
  • Develops and/or modifies project schedules and or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
  • Support proposal scheduling as needed and Project Teams as required.

What You Need To Bring To The Table:

  • Some college or post secondary education preferred or minimum of five years related experience in a construction environment.
  • Three plus years experience in related scheduling assignments
  • Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,000- $193,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
