Title: Information Technology Systems Manager Location: Colorado Springs, CO Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Overview: The Information Technology Systems Manager will oversee the management, security, and operational performance of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role will focus on driving strategic initiatives to ensure secure, efficient, and innovative IT solutions that align with the company's goals. The ideal candidate is expected to be a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and cross-domain security. This opportunity is 100% on site. Responsibilities:
- Partner with the corporate headquarters to ensure the smooth operation of all IT-related services for the Colorado Springs location
- Oversee daily operations and troubleshoot any issues related to IT infrastructure, networks, or systems
- Manage and supervise the comprehensive IT infrastructure of the organization
- Ensure the integrity, resilience, and security of the enterprise systems to meet current and future business needs
- Serve as a key advisor to the IT Director by recommending innovative IT solutions that boost productivity and enhance security measures across the organization
- Support the organization's efforts toward CMMC and ISO 27001 certifications
- Serve as the principal driver in the design and implementation of security policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide monthly updates to the IT Director on IT operational performance, key projects, and strategic improvements
- Communicate with corporate to provide continuity across the company network infrastructure and secure enterprise infrastructure across different time zones
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience in managing IT departments and overseeing enterprise-level IT operations
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, including knowledge of NIST, DIAD, and ICD guidance
- Demonstrated success in obtaining and maintaining ISO 27001 certification and CMMC compliance
- Ability to respond to cybersecurity incidents to include reporting, remediation, and restoration
- Experience in designing IT architectures and networks, particularly in secure environments
- Proficient in managing IT support teams and providing Tier III support
- Demonstrated experience with COMSEC
- Expertise in network security, cross-domain solutions, RMF, and enterprise systems administration
- Ability to solve physical layer problems (workstations, printers, KVMs, mouse, keyboards etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to architect and execute long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives
- Must hold a current IAT Level III certification
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph
