Capital Electricis seeking a dynamic and experiencedArea Counter Managerto join our team at our Washington D.C. locations. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with Branch Managers to drive sales growth, implement company initiatives, and ensure efficient inventory management and control. The Area Counter Manager will oversee daily operations activities and hold P&L responsibility, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with Branch Managers to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement and monitor company initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
  • Oversee daily operations, including order processing, customer service, and staff management.
  • Analyze financial statements and manage P&L to ensure profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate counter staff to achieve performance goals.



Requirements:



  • Minimum of three years of counter experience in the electrical products industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
