Overview

As a Market Data Support Specialist on our team, you will be central to the management of all market data activities within assigned business lines In Market Data Operations. You will act as a central hub, bridging the gap between the business lines and external vendors/suppliers. You will have the opportunity to negotiate terms and pricing, manage user access and track service changes within the Market Data Management (MDM) database.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with various business line representatives

  • Act as the primary interface between business lines and external vendors/suppliers

  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with external vendors/suppliers

  • Handle end-user access requests and perform user access provisioning/controls

  • Track all user information and service changes within the MDM database

  • Coordinate vendor activity such as installation, new subscription, account creation, product demo, training

Skills You'll Need

  • Proven experience in market data support

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

  • General understanding of various market data systems such as Bloomberg, Eikon, FactSet etc.

  • Knowledge of the terminology and concepts associated with real-time financial markets data

  • Proficiency in MDM and MS Excel

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model

The salary range for this position in New York City is $60,000 to $90,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
