About the role:

In this role you will provide Tier 1 support for onsite and remote employees, ensuring optimal enterprise operations and IT service delivery. Your day-to-day will include responding to tickets, managing user accounts, configuring new equipment, handling shipping, and assisting with new employee onboarding. Your role is vital to the success of the Dragos team!

Location: Hanover, MD (Onsite)


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact to customers seeking help for hardware, software, network, security, or other technical and non-technical issues.
  • Provide support to remote and onsite end users on a variety of issues; document, triage, solve, and escalate the request (if necessary)
  • Manage user accounts across various cloud services and tools such as Office 365, Slack, Zoom & Atlassian
  • Install and configure all new PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Create self-help support documents and blog posts for our intranet.
  • Assist onboarding of new employees, including equipment setup, account setups, and asset tracking.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment including shipping and receiving
  • Configure in-office workspaces with monitors, docking stations, and other workspace technology.

Qualifications

  • Must live within commuting distance of Dragos HQ in Hanover, MD and be willing to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Desk/Support Center environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office & SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software.
    Experience with any of the following: Office 365 products, Atlassian, Azure, Slack, and asset management
  • Knowledge of basic PowerShell and/or other scripting knowledge is a plus

  • Salary: $55,000
