Job Description General Responsibilities: Conduct environmental site investigations, assessments, and surveys to sample, evaluate and analyze terrestrial ecosystems including, but not limited to, riverine, wetland, and upland landscapes. Identify, evaluate, and recommend risk, remediation, and liability management strategies/designs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare required permit applications, risk assessments, and technical documents including proposals, reports, and regulatory agency correspondence and filings. Coordinate the development of environmental protection plans with project management teams and provide oversight for the implementation of such plans. Projects may include ecological and natural resource field surveys, construction monitoring and compliance oversight, stormwater management inspections, and site planning and permitting.
