The Opportunity

We have an incredibly talented executive team at Adobe. As our industry continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, we see an opportunity to further future-proof the skills and abilities of our executives. As the Head of Executive Development, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of seasoned learning professionals that will shape the future of leadership within our organization. And, you'll have the opportunity to shape a unique senior leader learning strategy that fits the dynamics of where our business is headed.

What you'll do

  • Lead a newly formed team responsible for all aspects of Global Senior Leader Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Coaching and Sr. Leader Onboarding.
  • Design and implement groundbreaking leadership development programs tailored to the needs of senior executives and relevant to Adobe's business strategy.
  • Use data and customer input to diagnose and define the specific skills and capabilities required of executives to drive transformational results.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual skill development sessions and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Develop the vision for reimagining how we approach organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development Partners and HR Business Partners to design, and implement organizational effectiveness engagements
  • Drive the professional growth of the executive team by introducing innovative learning series and development plans.
  • Partner with the Talent Management team to create tailored development plans for our highest potential executives.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 15+ years of experience leading executive development programming in large corporate environments or equivalent experience as a Sr. Executive Leading in a large corporation
  • A proven track record in innovating executive development within a technology or related industry.
  • Experience designing and delivering high-impact leadership programs.
  • Strong root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating leaders.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective development initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,600 -- $344,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
