Specifically in healthcare pertaining to pricing, payment terms, confidentiality, warranties, and services. 4.Strong in collaborative relationship building with executive leadership, suppliers, external customers, and cross-functional teams. 5.Capable of monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of suppliers to ensure they meet agreed upon the standards 6.Experience in comparing multiple suppliers considering factors such as cost, quality, and delivery timelines - strong analytical skills 7.Strong communication skills and experience in working with the executive teams and cross-functional teams. 8.Manages projects, performs analytics, facilitates change management, and identifies process improvement initiatives across various phases of Supply Chain. 9.Presents data metrics to support leadership decision-making. 10.Maintains knowledge of the Group Purchasing Organization's and Sentara Health System's clinical contract portfolio to leverage and utilize appropriate agreements. Coordinates and maintains system compliance by optimizing these agreements. 11.Develops sourcing strategy through pricing rationale based on data and clinical input to Strategic Sourcing Leadership for contract awards for products and services, including specifications, price structures, payment terms, risk/share arrangements, service requirements/penalties, and warranty coverage.
