Summer 2025 Quality Assurance Intern

Duties/Responsibilities:

• CIP verification validation of efficiency
• HACCP review of flow process
• Review and update QA plant maps
• Review of environmental swabbing program
• Observing periodic Pre-Op inspections
• Inspection of outside facilities, assisting QA Supervisor

The qualified candidate will be a junior (preferred) or senior in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Food Science.
