Spring/Summer 2025 Compliance Intern

Timeframe: this internship will start in March 2025 on a part-time basis and will transition to full-time during summer 2025.

Location: the preferred candidate will be located in the Kansas City area.

Schedule: the intern will work a hybrid schedule (in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday)

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop a working knowledge of DFA's Ethics and Compliance Program
• Gain exposure to other DFA business units through trainings and internship events
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support the Ethics and Compliance team on various types of projects including regulatory, international trade, and food labeling
• Assist in the creation of training, communication content, and activities for Compliance initiatives

The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026. Desired degree focus in Business Administration or related field.
