Position Overview:
The CRM Support Specialist will work as part of the Marketing Department at Alta Company Group.

Job Summary:
Alta is seeking a CRM System Specialist who is skilled in leveraging data and analytics to optimize business processes. The role involves managing and analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting insights to key decision-makers. This individual will support the CRM team and users of Microsoft Dynamics 365, primarily handling day-to-day operations such as troubleshooting, user assistance, and minor system customizations. Additionally, they may be involved in configuration tasks and work collaboratively to implement projects initiated by senior team members.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premises preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in database management, problem-solving, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ticketing software (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials.
  • Familiarity with configuration tasks, such as creating workflows or fields (advanced customizations not required).
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, time management, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of the Material Handling industry (preferred).


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day administration and support tasks within the CRM system.
  • Handle support tickets through the CRM Helpdesk ticketing system (Freshworks).
  • Perform basic system configurations, including adding fields, creating views, and managing system processes.
  • Conduct CRM onboarding and regular training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Maintain data accuracy within the CRM system and provide support to teams like sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Sync, validate, clean, and manage data within the CRM, as well as handle data exports, imports, and sales assignments related to equipment data.
