Job Title: Training Administration Support Staff

Job Summary: Working with instructors, training administration staff, and our Workforce Development & Learning Systems leaders to provide training administration support to the Technical Development Team with the transition of our workmanship retention process to a more streamlined digital process; the student material inventory process, which will includes supporting a streamlined digital transformation; and other training administration support work using the Learning Management System, data entry, filing, etc.

Basic qualifications:



  • Experience working in training administration and logistics environment.
  • Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated training administrative records retention, preparing, scanning and proper records retention of student workmanship materials.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing technology such as scanners, printers, laptop, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Experience and ability to effectively work in and manage change to processes while maintaining high degree of accuracy, quality, and timely completion. Ability to prioritize and manage disruptions.
  • Experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS) in administrator access roles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Possess strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a complex and changing environment while being both self-sufficient and collaborative with team members.
  • Good written and verbal communication that support positive and effective customer experience.
  • Ability to commute / transport documents between facilities.


Other Position Info:



  • Will primarily work on-site at our Denver facilities (Waterton and Lucent/Highlands Ranch); on occasion may telework and if productivity is maintained and work activities can support telework.
  • Work week and status: Fulltime - Monday thru Thursday working 4x10 schedule.
  • Contract period of performance: approximately Nov 2024 May 2025 (approx. 6 month) (contract could be extended through 2025, based on work demand)
