The Senior People Researcher will join our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, and report to the Senior Director of People Analytics. This role will work with a team of analytics business partners, analysts, and data scientists to conduct applied research that informs strategic people-related decisions and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and guide research programs for topics across the employee lifecycle including (but not limited to) employee listening, onboarding, manager and team effectiveness, and more

  • Identify opportunities to build knowledge and techniques from behavioral science into people processes and decisions

  • Design interventions and experiments to measure and improve individual, team, and organizational outcomes

  • Answer the "so what?" for data and research-driven people insights in a way that drives action

  • Bring a practical but rigorous view to organizational research, with a focus on the connection to important business outcomes

Skills/Qualifications

  • Deep expertise (PhD, Masters, or equivalent expertise) in a field that uses research to understand and influence human behavior (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Social/Personality Psychology, etc.)

  • 9+ years experience communicating research insights and recommendations to executives, HR, functional leaders, and managers to inform and drive action

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills when explaining insights and take-aways from research and data

  • Experience designing, implementing, analyzing, and evaluating employee surveys and behavioral interventions in an applied setting

  • Expertise in research methods & study design (e.g., experimentation, survey design, etc)

  • Strong analytical thinking, and understanding of data and statistical methods

  • Ability to conduct analyses in python or R

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $115,100 -- $245,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
