Requisition ID req31371 Working Title Emergency Med Tech/Intermed Position Grade 09 Position Summary Under general supervision, provides basic to intermediate-level emergency rescue and care to the ill and injured, to include assessment of illness and/or injury, management of illness/injury, preparation for transport, transfer of information, and patient care. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience in the field of pre-hospital EMS. Certification/Licensure: NM Licensure as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT/Intermediate. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
