Job Duties: The Customer Service Dispatcher will be responsible for processing merchandise orders by mail, telephone, fax, email, or customer or company employee through pre-sales and post-sales. Additionally, they will analyze customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules, influence production and shipping schedules, recommend price changes based on company/customer relationships, and recognize new business opportunities.
