Your Role With Us: As our next Solution Center Operator, you will:Processes switchboard activities through the communication systems in a pleasant, courteous, prompt, complete and accurate manner according to approved policies and procedures. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot customer issues, and follow up on customer interactions. Monitors all alarm systems in call center/switchboard and notifies appropriate person or response team according to approved policies and procedures. Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resources.Other tasks as assigned by Solution Center Leadership. One of the following required: One (1) year contact center, OR One (1) year Helpdesk, OR One (1) year Customer Service experience.Ability to follow scripts and workflow diagrams required; Healthcare knowledge preferred; Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office SuiteStrong communication skills, both written and verbal; Technical knowledge of personal computer operations, basic network operations and data communications set-upsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume, emergency staffing and schedulingMust be able to function well under pressure.
