Title: HUMINT Enabling Instructor Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Responsibilities:
- Offer input to HUMINT and CI course development and instructing disciplines of HUMINT enabling operations
- Provide instruction over the entire range of HUMINT enabling training principles, to include National Level HUMINT operations (Title 50) and Military Sources Operations (Title 10)
- Ensure training delivery methods consist of classroom lectures, small group instruction, and practical exercise-based training (e.g., role play)
- Engage in research and analysis to keep up to date on subject matter
- Contribute to updating and documenting course materials
- Conduct training needs assessments and participate as required in course evaluations
- Evaluate student performance using verbal and written formats IAW course established standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or related field preferred
- Experience working as a DoD certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of eight (8) years' experience directly involved in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine or HUMINT Operations Support
- Knowledge of DoD HUMINT enabling and collection operations management policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT systems
- Familiarity with HUMINT Operations Support Officer career tracks and other associated certification courses to effectively administer, evaluate, and synchronize blocks of instruction within the HUMINT training curriculum
- Graduation from one or more of the following recognized IC-level HUMINT courses: MAGTF-CI/HUMINT, DSDC, DOSOC, DATC, SOC, AMSOC, ASOC, ASOT-IID, MOTC, FTC, OTC, HCOM, HCMO, HCMC, OSOC, HDOC, OHTC
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
