Our Regional Director Program Supports provides support and coordination with the Executive Director, IDD Program Development for operational development, expansion opportunities, provides assistance and oversight to maintain regulatory and organizational requirements for CA IDD Services. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred; must have no less than 4 years' experience in the behavioral health field with, at a minimum: * Two years of experience in a mental health setting. * Two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; and * Possess at least two years of program management experience in a residential setting * Valid CA Driver's license, ability to pass appropriate certifications.
