DIRECTOR PRACTICE OPERATIONS

TheDirector of Practice Operationswill report to the Unified Administrator of the Neurology department; and work closely with the Department'sOperations Managers, Operations Supervisors, andProgram Directors,regarding faculty practice operations.S/He will oversee a wide range of administrative, operational,capital, strategic, quality,practice development, and clinical activities, including patient satisfaction as well as manage faculty practice communication.

Other areas of oversight will include human capital planning/strategy,creation of job descriptions,departmental union contractual compliance,manage personnel investigations,employee engagement, employee retention, direct and coordinate department personnel-related processes in HCMand overseecentral maintenance of associateemployee files.

The Director will alsomanagethe hiring process including successful on-boarding and ensuring employee participation in professional learning programs.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred

5 years ofprogressiveOperations/Management Experiencein a Clinical Department

High level ofExpertise with Epic functionality

Financial management skillsand proficiency-(including mathematical concepts and calculationsusing Excel)

Experience with working with Union staff and all aspects of HR management
