The Sr. Learning Specialist is responsible for delivering leadership training, conducting organizational effectiveness solutions, and designing leadership development courseware. This position requires up to 50% travel to various company locations to facilitate training sessions and support organizational development initiatives. Work collaboratively with Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager and Instructional Design team members to deliver programs that address workforce and talent needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Leadership Training: Facilitate engaging and impactful leadership training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization, such as flagship enterprise-wide programs such as Develop Your Mark and Leadership Essentials. Delivery to include in person and virtual instructor-led courses. May include learning advisory support for the various leadership programs
- Conduct Organizational Effectiveness Solutions: Assess organizational needs and implement solutions to enhance overall effectiveness and performance
- Create Leadership Development Courseware: Design and create comprehensive leadership development programs and materials that align with organizational goals and support leadership curriculum strategies established by the Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager
- Administration and project management: Coordination with HRDs to identify cohort learners, scheduling classes/locations, communications, and meetings with location coordinators
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager, Human Resource Business Partners, field HR Managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational effectiveness

Education/Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in human resource management, curriculum design, leadership development, organizational psychology, business or related field is essential. Post graduate degree desirable
- 8+ years' experience in progressive learning delivery and development practices in dynamic organizations with contemporary practices
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment supporting frontline leadership or manager development

- Expert knowledge in adult educational theories and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and their utilization in the development of job/functional training platforms. Complete understanding of the training process from needs assessment through program evaluation and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Camtasia, Articulate, and HTML
- Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Able to respond courteously and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Able to develop and maintain effective working relationship
