About the role:
You'll be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our Treasury and Risk Manager Integrity SAAS solution. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create the tools that will facilitate the implementation and guide clients through the process while you train them on our product functionality and coach them through setup and integration. As aTechnology Business Consultant, you'll contribute to a critical component of our success. You'll workclosely with clients and internal teams to deliverinnovative, newsolutions that meet their needsand help advance the way the world pays,banksand invests.

What you will be doing:

  • Acts as resource during implementation and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, and provides support during conversion week
  • Establishing and implementing business processes considering client requirements and industry best practices
  • Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization
  • Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted
  • Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs
  • Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly
  • Training clients on new systems and procedures
  • Supporting clients with software configurations
  • Consults directly with clients and may travel to client sites.

What you will need:

  • Experience in Treasury Workstation
  • Experience with software implementation conversions, including technical skills
  • Corporate Treasury experience is required (e.g. cash management, FX option, treasury bill, money market investment)
  • Experience handling complex implementations
  • Experience with FIS Integrity or Quantum highly preferred
  • Consulting experience required, preferably at least 3-5 years
  • The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills
  • A bachelor's in business, finance or a related field or the equivalent experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
