Role Overview: As an Administrator for our Government Childcare Contracts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring full utilization and compliance of our Department of Early Education and Care contracted childcare slots. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of contract compliance, making this position integral to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Communicate effectively with families regarding enrollment and childcare services.
  • Manage daily attendance entry and program enrollment.
  • Handle parent fees and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure thorough file management to prevent lapses in service.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall association goals related to childcare contracts.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
