We are hiring a Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Producer. If you're outgoing, passionate about sales, and eager to assist others, Advantage Resourcing in Georgetown, DE, wants to hear from you! Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Shift: Day Shift In this role, you will be responsible for building new relationships with potential clients who contact the agency, guiding them in selecting the right insurance coverage. You'll develop and maintain partnerships with key referral sources while identifying prospects through cold calling and visiting local businesses to offer and sell insurance. After securing a sale, you will complete the necessary paperwork and input data into our software system. Additionally, you'll nurture relationships to cross-sell additional insurance products and participate in agency-provided training to become familiar with our range of products and systems, ensuring that all renewals and change requests comply with company standards.
