Description Join the Department of Medicine as a dynamic Program Manager, providing executive support to the department chair, dean, or CAO. In this key role, you'll analyze complex reports, synthesize findings, and lead high-impact projects that influence department-wide operations and financial decisions. You'll conduct in-depth research, prepare strategic reports, and deliver recommendations to senior leadership. This role requires broad expertise in administrative management, policies, and analysis techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on cross-departmental initiatives. Hourly range: $31.20-$49.77 Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED 5 years minimum of business operations and/or administration experience Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Analytical skills sufficient to interpret and apply University and campus policies; define problems; formulate logical conclusions, recognize alternatives Strong written skills to prepare accurate, concise, and clear reports and document Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with University-wide and campus-wide Administrators, Deans, Department Chair, faculty and staff both orally and written Preferred: Knowledge of academic and/or administrative structure of institutions of higher education
