Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing components such as toilets, faucets, and drains, as well as more complex systems like heat exchangers and steam valves.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 4 years of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Experience: Additional experience with steam, water, and gas utility systems in a large-scale or institutional setting.
