Monitor Technician ARRMC (Cardiovascular Recovery) Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.000001 | On Call | Variable Hours/Variable Days Salary: $20.53 and up, depending on years of relevant experience. As a Monitor Tech at Asante, you will also make extra money per hour (shift differentials) when working night, swing, and weekend hours:
The Monitor Tech is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and interpreting cardiac rhythms and/or hemodynamic lines for assigned patients on the unit under the direction of the RN, LPN, Physician or Physician Assistant. Related responsibilities include documenting and reporting EKG abnormalities, changes, or concerns to the appropriate staff member. This is a highly administrative position in a fast-paced environment and responsibilities may include the unit's clerical duties, transcription of orders, communication of information, and requisition of supplies and equipment.
