Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,000 -- $198,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. We're seeking an engineer who loves building services for the creative professional and implementing features for the backend stack for Adobe Stock (stock.adobe.com). You'll be working as part of a team, crafting innovative new features and maintaining existing ones for Adobe Stock using extraordinary technologies. This team focuses on building and supporting highly scalable libraries and middleware for the Adobe Stock ecosystem. The ideal candidate will need a keen eye for detail, high code quality, and efficiency standards. You'll also be expected to debug issues across multiple systems, regularly share knowledge with peers, and contribute to architectural design discussions. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
